The seasonal specials
Customers are funny things who need to be pampered and looked after, but we know you're busy people. So we're giving you three months' worth of specials, meaning you have plenty of time to get all your yummy ingredients in. They're updated monthly so you'll always be one step ahead (not ahead of the Sweetbird of course, he's too quick even for us).
Check out the point of sale page to help really sell your specials. We like to make your lives easier you know.
January – Caramel Macchiato
January. What’s so good about that then? Christmas is well gone, New Year’s Eve is past, yet there’s two months of winter left. We reckon people need a treat to take their minds off the money they blew in the sales – for instance this super smooth and utterly charming Macchiato.
- Double shot of espresso
- 2 pumps Sweetbird Caramel syrup
- Steamed milk
- Sweetbird Caramel sauce for drizzling
Pour caramel syrup and steamed milk into a latte glass then add a double espresso and top with thick layer of foam - then drizzle with caramel sauce... pretty!
February – White Chocolate Cherry Iced Mocha
Love is in the air, it’s Valentine’s Day coming up, and all that kind of thing. Great. So what if you’re not in love and you’re not so young and the whole business makes you feel… a little peevish? Hmm? The answer is clear: you need a cheeky cherry latte that’ll make even the most devoted singleton feel special.
- 1/2 fill glass with ice
- Double shot of espresso
- 2 pumps of Sweetbird White Chocolate syrup
- 1 pumps of Sweetbird Cherry syrup
- Milk
Combine the espresso and syrups over the ice, and top with the milk.
March – Double Irish Cream Espresso
St Patrick’s Day… too much Guinness... and was it really a good idea to hit the Irish whiskey at 3am? Give your customers the shot they’ll be needing with a hot strong double espresso plus a judicious dose of Irish Cream syrup for a real Irish kick.
- Double shot of espresso
- 1 pump of Sweetbird Irish Cream syrup
Add the syrup to the double shot of espresso. Serve in a glass so it looks like a miniature Guinness.
